What an amazing event the Downtown Living Tour was! On October 24, 2010 the Austin Lone Star Condo Coalition participated in the DTLT. The tour kicked off at registration, Brazos Place and guided participants to 13 of Austin's downtown hotspots. This event showcased our ultra-luxury high rises, such as The W Residences, Spring Condominiums, Austin City Lofts and even a stunning Urban home located at 606 W. 11th Street. The 360 Condominium showcased only 4 condos giving a small glimpse of what this luxury 430 condo tower has to offer. One of the most impressive condos seen on the tour was at our historical Brown Building. Although this one bedroom home was small in size, it was quite large in its design and finish out. Kuddos to the homeowner to taking a unique space and creating a fantastic home in the sky!
Many sponsors showcased their businesses at the tour and provided a warm and inviting environment to current and new homeowners of the downtown residents. As a core member of the Austin Lone Star Condo Coalition, I proudly volunteered to work at this event and showcase our services to all!
